RETURNS & EXCHANGES 🐇
We will not accept returns of any kind. All Products are final sale. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.SHIPPING 🐇
When an order is received, we ship it out within 1-3 business days if it is a finished art piece or 2-10 business days for custom art products. If not shipped between that time period, you will be notified.
When ordering, an email will be sent to you with tracking details. You can also download the Shop app to keep track of the order there as well. 🐰🫶🏼
LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES 🐇
For lost packages, we are not responsible. We please ask you to file a missing package claim with the post office or carrier. Once it’s been scanned in, it is no longer in our control/responsibility.
For damaged packages, we package everything with love and care and very securely so that you may receive your items in pristine condition to enjoy. Please contact us through the contact page via email and we will respond within 7 business days. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with pictures or screenshots of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement or remake an item. However, it might not look exactly how it did before as it is art that can’t be replicated. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund to the original form of payment for that product
CANCELLATIONS
We can offer a full refund if you cancel within 3 hours of ordering and as long as we have not shipped out your package. Anything shipped out, we can not stop it as it is now in the hands of the mail carrier. It can no longer be cancelled and refunded if in the hands of the shipping carrier or post office.
